1. Reports

These reports show a variety of data related to the shipments’ details in terms of different perspectives where the user will be able to perform the following:

  • Search for shipments based on different filters.

  • View the search results according to the selected filters.

  • Export the report’s search results to Excel and PDF formats.

1.1 Shipping Charges Invoice

 

This report presents information related to shipping charge invoices. It includes details such as the total number of invoices, individual invoice numbers, amounts, invoice dates, due dates, and indicates whether the invoice was generated by the system or a specific user. This report provides a concise overview of invoice-related data, facilitating efficient tracking and management of shipping charges and associated invoicing details.

1.2 Shipping Charges Full Details

This report provides a summary of shipment-related financial details. It includes comprehensive information such as shipment details, shipper information, shipment charges (comprising amount, tax, and VAT), along with the relevant currency and the corresponding shipment weight. This report offers a comprehensive overview of the financial aspects associated with shipping, aiding in effective tracking and management of shipping charges.

1.3 Time Bounded Billing

This report shows the creation date and expiry date for any billing settings that has a bounded configuration.

1.4 Shipment Invoice

This report outlines charges categorized by time constraints. It includes details about the shipper, the billing category, and the start and end dates of the bills. Additionally, the report provides information on the remaining days available for reconciling the bills. This report is useful for managing and tracking time-sensitive billing information, ensuring timely reconciliation within specified periods.

1.5 HAWB Search  

This report provides essential information about House Air Waybills (HAWBs). It includes details about the AWB, as well as information on the shipper and consignee. This report offers a concise overview of relevant data pertaining to HAWBs, facilitating easy access to crucial information related to air shipments, sender, and recipient details.

1.6 Shipment Transit Time Report

This report provides comprehensive details for the shipments in addition to the transit time delivery from business days and calendar days perspective. It also provides the time for the 1st delivery attempt based on the origin receipt date of the shipment.

1.7 Shipment History Report

This report summarizes the details of a shipment. It typically includes information such as tracking events, shipment dates, descriptions of events or changes, and recipient details. This report provides a comprehensive overview of the shipment's journey from its initiation to its final destination, helping users track and understand the shipment's progress.

1.8 Delivery Performance Report

This report offers insights into the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery process. It includes details such as shipment information, destination specifics, status updates, delivery dates, and associated charges. This report provides a concise overview of how well deliveries are being executed, aiding in the analysis and improvement of overall delivery performance.

1.9 Non-Delivery Report

This report provides information about shipments that were unsuccessful in reaching the consignee. It includes details such as shipment information, the number of delivery attempts made, origin and destination information, and details about the consignee. This report is valuable for tracking unsuccessful delivery instances and facilitating further actions to ensure successful delivery in subsequent attempts.

1.10 MAWB Report

This report provides insights into the Master Air Waybill (MAWB), providing crucial information about the flight details and destination. It includes the number of shipments within the MAWB, along with estimated departure and arrival dates. This report serves as a comprehensive overview of air cargo shipments, facilitating efficient tracking and management of the associated flight details and schedules.

1.11 Shipping Charges Profit

The report offers a comprehensive analysis of the financial performance of each shipment. It includes the shipment number and customer name for identification, and breaks down logistics costs into first mile, middle mile, and last mile segments. It also covers origin clearance fees and categorizes shipments based on shipping zone combinations. The report compares total shipping charges billed to the customer against the actual incurred costs to calculate the profit. This helps logistics teams monitor cost efficiency, optimize pricing, and identify areas for improvement across the shipping process.

1.12 COD Shipments

This report provides a concise overview of Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments. It includes information on whether these shipments have been paid, settled, or reconciled. The report displays details such as payslip numbers and offers an overview of the total number of invoices and settled invoices. This report is valuable for tracking and managing COD transactions, ensuring transparency in payment status and settlement details.

1.13 Scheduled Reports

The Scheduled Report feature allows users to automate the generation and delivery of specific reports. Each scheduled report includes the report name, the associated module (e.g., HAWB Report or COD Collection Report), the destination type (such as email with link, email with attachment, or file system), and the current status (active, inactive).

This ensures timely access to critical data without manual intervention.

1.14 Customs Duty

The Customs Duty Report is designed to provide comprehensive visibility into all customs-related financial activities associated with international shipments. It captures essential shipment details including the MAWB (Master Air Waybill) number, container number, and HAWB (House Air Waybill) number, which help in tracking and referencing specific consignments.

In addition, the report lists the customer name and branch name involved in the shipment, along with the origin and destination countries, which are crucial for identifying applicable customs regulations and duties.

Key financial data is also included, such as the declared value of goods, duty handling type (e.g., prepaid, paid), and the payment settlement status, which shows whether the customs duty has been settled, is pending, or partially paid.

This report is valuable for logistics teams, finance departments, and compliance officers to ensure transparency, cost tracking, and regulatory adherence throughout the international shipping process.
